Welcome to Triathlon Racing and Training with Power

This website is here to help triathletes better use their power meters in training and racing. Triathlon Racing and Training with Power is a collaborative project aimed to provide free information to triathletes so they can better train and race with a power measuring device. We offer four main products.

  • First, our data download page includes power files from triathlons across the world from numerous athletes to be downloaded and analyzed.

  • Second, we publish articles on various topics connected to triathlon training and racing with power.

  • Third, we host a forum for discussion of power based triathlon training and racing.

  • Fourth, our resources page lists numerous different types of options for expanding one’s knowledge about training and racing with a power meter.

Take a look around and enjoy!
